
Would you like to spend 10 weeks of your summer vacation on an all-expenses paid corporate internship in South Africa, one of the most beautiful and interesting countries in the world?
OUSAIP - the Oxford University South Africa Internship Programme - has been designed to be a flagship internship programme for Oxford students and to enable South African companies to engage with future leaders at Oxford.
During your internship, you will spend 8 weeks with a leading South African company and 2 weeks with entrepreneurial companies and on development projects. In addition to the hugely valuable career and life experience, you will also be paid!
We do not expect that you have ever thought about visiting South Africa before. The programme represents a unique way to experience the country, see South Africa’s top companies, spend time with its emerging new entrepreneurial companies, gain an understanding of its complex dynamics and meet with many of its leading political and business figures. You will also have the opportunity to travel to fascinating parts of the country, including beaches, game reserves and the famous Cape Winelands.
The Oxford University South Africa Internship Programme hopes to attract high achievers who will gain from the experience in South Africa. All your costs, including flights to and from SA, accommodation and transport are taken care of - and, additionally, you get a weekly stipend of R4,000 (about £285) to help you really enjoy the experience.
